4. PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USE; NO RESELLERS

Products sold by Origin Sea Moss are for personal, non‑commercial use. Resale on third‑party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited. We may cancel or refuse orders we believe are placed by distributors, resellers, or fraudulent actors and limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

5. NO MEDICAL ADVICE – FDA DISCLAIMER

Information on the Website and our packaging is for general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice. FDA Required Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products offered by Origin Sea Moss are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before using dietary supplements, especially if pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications.

6. ORDERING, PRICING, PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE

All prices and charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD). By submitting an order, you represent you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your order total, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping. Order confirmations acknowledge receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. We may request additional information before processing, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or typographical errors, and limit quantities per person/household/account. Promotions and discount codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted and are subject to posted terms.

7. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY

We currently ship to U.S. addresses (international shipping may be added later). You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provide. Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery. For orders over $100, we may require a signature. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect/insufficient addresses. If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, contact the carrier first and then contact us with the case number.

7.1 PERISHABLE PRODUCTS (SEA MOSS GEL)

Some items (e.g., sea moss gel) are perishable and may ship insulated and/or with cold packs when needed. Cold packs protect during transit and may thaw; this is normal. Please refrigerate perishable products immediately upon delivery and follow handling/storage instructions on the label. We are not responsible for spoilage or damage after delivery, including due to delayed retrieval, improper storage, or forwarding services. We may pause shipments to certain zip codes during extreme temperatures.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO‑RENEWAL

If you subscribe to recurring shipments, you authorize us to automatically bill your payment method at the stated price and frequency until you cancel. You may cancel any time through your customer portal before the next billing date. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled. We may change subscription prices with advance notice and an opportunity to cancel. From time to time, we may offer introductory or trial pricing subject to posted terms; misuse may result in cancellation.

9. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

First‑time orders are covered by a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee as detailed on our Return Policy page.

• Perishable items: Opened or temperature‑sensitive items (e.g., sea moss gel) are not returnable once shipped, except for verified damage or defect reported promptly with photos. We do not accept returns of empty or substantially used containers.
• Unopened non‑perishables: If eligible, may be returned in original condition with a prepaid label we provide. Return without prior authorization may be refused.
• Timing & method: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. Refused or “return to sender” packages may be refunded less shipping and handling, at our discretion. Please review full details on our Return Policy page before purchasing.

10. USER‑GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & REVIEWS

By posting or submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content about our products (“UGC”) on the Website or our social media, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, edit for length/clarity, and create derivative works from your UGC in any media for marketing and operational purposes. You represent you own or control the rights to your UGC, it is truthful and not misleading, and it does not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate, remove, or decline to post UGC at our discretion.

Review Authenticity. We prohibit fake or compensated reviews that are not clearly disclosed. Do not post reviews on behalf of others without permission.

11. OPTIONAL SMS/EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalinutriCorp (Origin Sea Moss) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue) arising from or related to your use of the Website or products, even if advised of the possibility. In jurisdictions where such limitations are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law and, in any event, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CalinutriCorp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, violation of law, or infringement of third‑party rights.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS‑ACTION WAIVER

Notice & Cure. Before filing a claim, you must email a written Notice of Dispute to info@originseamoss.com and allow 60 days to resolve. Arbitration. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in California under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Small‑Claims Carve‑Out. You or we may bring qualifying claims in small‑claims court. Class‑Action Waiver. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. 30‑Day Opt‑Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending an email to info@originseamoss.com within 30 days of your first purchase after the Effective Date with subject line “Arbitration Opt‑Out,” including your name and the email used at checkout.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply‑chain interruptions, acts of government, labor disputes, or carrier failures.

17. SEVERABILITY; ASSIGNMENT; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our prior written consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and CalinutriCorp (Origin Sea Moss) and supersede all prior agreements.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS
